<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #20-261 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL AND DEVELOPMENT <br />th <br />AGREEMENT FOR RIVERSTONE 5 ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />Riverstone Development LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, <br />properly applied for Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot A, Outlot B, Outlot C, Outlot D, and Outlot I, RIVERSTONE 4TH ADDITION, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Outlot A, ALPHA DEVELOPMENT 2ND ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, the City Council approved a revised Preliminary Plat with several <br />contingencies on February 24, 2020; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br />, the City Council approved the Final Plat for Riverstone 5 Addition on <br />November 10, 2020. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />th <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval for Riverstone 5 <br />Addition contingent upon: <br /> <br /> <br />a.Approval to legal form by City Attorney <br /> <br />b.Conformance with Staff Comments in ProjectDox <br /> <br />c.The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City <br /> <br />d.Final review and approval by City Engineer <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Menth <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />
