CASE #1 <br /> <br />REVIEW FIVE YEAR CIP FOR PARKS <br />By: Leonard Linton, Civil Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />~1 he City has established a Capital Improvement Program (CIP) that looks at proposed <br />expenditures for future improvements. The projects to be undertaken in the next 5 years <br />arc reviewed annually and the list is updated. Additional projects may appear on the list <br />wilhout being assigned to a year based on projected need.
