Utilizing a paved rink
at Centra! Park provides year-round use of the features already in place, such as lighting, rink boards and the warming
house. There is a tentative proposal to place a skate park in Ramsey Town Center. Prior to committing to a skate park,
an infi)rmal survey of cities with parks should be conducted to evaluate impacts including increased staffing/shifting
~}}~(k hours,~ nerd for repairs, injuries and other factors that could impact the City's involvement with this type of feature.

Expenditures 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 Total

hnprovements Other than Buil 75,000 75,000

Total 75,000 75,000

Funding Sources 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 Total
General Fund 25,000 25,000
Park Improvement Trust Fund 50,000 50,000
Total 75,000 75,000
