Councilmember ___________ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #20-281 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />ALLOW TWO (2) OUTDOOR STORAGE CONTAINERS ON GRAVEL SURFACING <br />ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14047 AZURITE ST NW AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />1. John Vevea, Permitteen Interim <br />Use Permit to allow the use of two storage containers Containers on gravel <br />surfacing on the property generally known as 14047 Azurite St NW and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />S 200 FT OF N 250 FT OF W 220 FT OF E 880 FT OF LOT 1 AUDITORS <br />SUBDIVISION NO 30, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />S 212.68 FT OF N 462.68 FT OF W 220 FT OF E 880 FT OF LOT 1 AUDITORS <br />SUBDIVISION NO 30, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the Subject Property <br /> <br />2. That John Vevea of VeVe Inc., owns the Subject Property and has signed off on the <br />application. <br /> <br />3. That the Subject Property is zoned E-1 Employment District, and is approximately 2.08 <br />acres in size between two parcels. <br /> <br />4. That the Subject Property abuts Azurite St NW to the west, and surrounding parcels to <br />the east, south, and north of the Subject Property are zoned E-1 Employment District. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittee is proposing to utilize the shipping containers for storage purposes. <br /> <br /> <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br />1. That the Containers will not be unduly dangerous or detrimental to persons residing or <br />working in the vicinity of the use, or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />2. That the Containers will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment or market <br />value of any of the surrounding properties. <br /> <br /> <br />
