north, and will allow for the connection to City sewer and water services as requested by the <br />residents at 7600 163rd Lane NW; and <br />WHEREAS, as of December 8th, 2020 $1,579,481.84 has been paid to date; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineer Technician IV has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends authorizing partial payment #5 to Park Construction Company for Improvement <br />Project #20-01, Variolite Street Reconstruction, in the amount of $916,3 83.3 3 . <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The City Council authorizes partial payment #5 to Park Construction Company of Spring <br />Lake Park, MN for Improvement Project #20-01, Variolite Street Reconstruction, in the <br />amount of $916,383.33. <br />2) The City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release <br />form for this payment. <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the date of December 8, 2020. <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be given a signed copy of this resolution. <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Resolution #20-298 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
