APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Riley, Kuzma, Menth, and <br />Specht. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Musgrove. <br />5.
