CC Regular Session 8, 1, <br />Meeting Date: 12/08/2020 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Confirm December 15 Special City Council Meeting <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to confirm attendance for a Special (rescheduled) City Council Meeting for Tuesday, <br />December 15 at 5:30 p.m. The City Council is asked to host a Special City Council Meeting to discuss 2 topics. <br />1. Reconfirm Previous Approval for 2040 Comprehensive Plan Update to Conform to Metropolitan Council <br />Submittal Requirements <br />2. Discuss 2021 Union Contract Negotiations (portions of this case may be closed to the Public) <br />3. Consider Approval of 2021 Union Contracts <br />4. Consider Approval of Non -union Employee COLA and Health Insurance Contributions <br />Remote attendance is provided as an option. The City Council has already canceled the December 22 Regular City <br />Council Meeting due to the Holiday Week. However, the 2 topics above are timely topics that Staff hopes to resolve <br />before January. <br />Recommendation: <br />No action required.
