Councilmember Riley commented that the item already appeared on a regular meeting agenda and <br />would prefer to discuss the topic in worksession. <br />Motion by Councilmember Specht, seconded by Councilmember Musgrove, to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br />Motion carried.
