Horton Homes <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon stated that Ramsey Town Center LLC and D.R. <br />11often l lomes have submitted a preliminary plat and preliminary site plan that shows a total of <br />77 total housing units (43 row house townhomes and 34 back to back condominium units) to be <br />locatcd in the Ramsey Town Center. He indicated the preliminary plat is proposing to re- <br />subdivide Outlets A and B, Ramsey Town Center 2na Addition into 78 townhome units and one <br />outlet, lie stated a total of 13.467 acres are contained within the proposed plat. He stated <br />approximately 5.688 acres will be used for the proposed townhome units and the public right-of- <br />way for 146th Avenue. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon indicated the property is currently zoned Town <br />Center 4b Neighborhood District (TC-4b). He stated the TC-4b District allows for residential <br />uses at a net density of up to 15 units per acre. He indicated the preliminary plat shows a net <br />density o£ 13.71 units per net acre.
