That National Growth LLC, hereinafter referred to .~5'A~licant,'' has properly applied to <br /> rezone certain property from R-1 Single Family ~eSid to Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />2. That thc Planning Commission conducted a,pub!ic hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.03 of <br /> the City Code on April 7, 2005 and said pfi~01ic~ hearing was properly advertised, and the <br /> minutes of said public hearing are hereby i~co~orat~d by reference. · <br /> <br /> · ::: l'~ally described follows: <br />3.
