The site is situated in the northwest comer of the City of <br /> Ramscy. The project is compatible with the existing rural residential d~velopments on adjacent lands to the west, <br /> east and south. The proposed development conforms to the comprehensive plan of the City of Ramsey. The <br /> development will be consistent with other subdivisions in the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> The design of the site protects adjacent properties from impacts. The limited wooded areas of the site will be <br /> preserved ~vhere possible. Grading techniques and house types are designed to match ex/sting grades to minimize <br /> impact in wooded areas. Storm water will have rate c0ntrol leaving the site. <br /> No previous environmental hazards such as abandoned storage tanks or pipelines are known to be present on site. <br /> Sincc the site has been used as a shooting range in the past, there is a possibility of lead contamination in the soil. <br /> <br />Estimate the acreage of the site with each of the following cover types before and after <br />development.
