Project Description <br /> <br />This document presents tim traffic analysis for the proposed residential development <br />Oakwood Land Development, lnc.-Wolter property (Brookfield Development) in <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. This property is located west ofCSAH 5 (Nowthen Boulevard) in <br />between 167th Avenue NW to the sottth and Troll Brook to the.north as shown in Figure <br />l. The planned development includes 253: single-~arrfily homes..A preliminary site p!an <br />for this development is included in Appendix A. <br /> <br />Traffic operations were analyzed at five intersections around the developmeat' Site, TheSe: <br />include the intersections of: <br /> <br />~ .' 166'h Avenue NW at Variolite St. NW <br />2.
