Traffic Forecasts The build year for the proposed developments is 2007. An' assumed 2:5% grow:th rate per year provided by Mn/DOT was applied to each vehicle movement. The resulting 2007 Forecasted volumes are shown in Figure' 4. Trip. generation for the site was determined using the Trip Gencr~on Manual, '? Edifion,./nstitute of Transportation Engineers, 2003, Trip generat:/on'rates were evaluated for the site use, using, data- for Single Family Detached'Hous!ng (210):. These' rates were applied to the proposed site development.t The :proposed t~iP generation was added to.the 2007 traffic projections. Exisfing~tr~p generation, is:negligible due to:the small uses of the existing site.
