Traffic Forecasts <br /> <br />The build year for the proposed developments is 2007. An' assumed 2:5% grow:th rate per <br />year provided by Mn/DOT was applied to each vehicle movement. The resulting 2007 <br />Forecasted volumes are shown in Figure' 4. <br /> <br />Trip. generation for the site was determined using the Trip Gencr~on Manual, '? <br />Edifion,./nstitute of Transportation Engineers, 2003, Trip generat:/on'rates were <br />evaluated for the site use, using, data- for Single Family Detached'Hous!ng (210):. These' <br />rates were applied to the proposed site development.t The :proposed t~iP generation was <br />added to.the 2007 traffic projections. Exisfing~tr~p generation, is:negligible due to:the <br />small uses of the existing site.
