Are any of the following resources on or in proximity to the site?

If yes, describe the resource and identify any project-related impacts on the resource.
Describe any measures to minimize or avoid adverse impacts.
Archaeological, historical'or architectural resources? [] No

· Yes

The SttPO conducted an Archaeological/Historical Site Inventory Review. There are areas ofD1A (Dalbo silt loam, 1 to 5 percent
slopes) that are listed on the Anoka Prime and Other Important Fannland List as prime farmland. DnB (Dickman
sandy loam, 2 to 6 percent slopes) is listed as farmland ofstatewide importance. Bx (Brickton silt loam) is prime
/hrmhmd if drained. [] No

· Yes

There are proposed parks and recreational facilities owned and operated by the City of Ramsey within the project
area. Although the trunk sewer extension does not pass directly through any parks, it may cross areas of existing
and proposed trails. Permanent impacts to these amenities are not anticipated as the Project will be placed below
grade. However, temporary indirect impacts (such as noise, dust, and general disruption caused by construction
machinery) may occur to users of the facilities during construction of the Project. These impacts are expected to be
short-lived and not significant.
Scenic views and vistas? · No

[]Yes

The site is surrounded by agricultural areas, residential development, and some commercial development. Scenic
views and vistas are not considered present in the immediate area of the proposed project. Due to the subgrade
nature of the project, any scenic views and vistas that may be present would not be impacted once construction has
been completed.
