(.ounc' Imembm introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF A DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL <br />ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET (EAW) FOR THE PROPOSED PLAT OF SWEET BAY <br />RIDGE, AN OAKWOOD LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Oakwood Land Development, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", is <br />proposing to develop the Sweet Bay Ridge subdivision within the City of Ramsey, hereinafter <br />referred to as "City"; and the sketch plan for the proposed subdivision is attached hereto; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, under 4410.4300(19)(c )of the State of Minnesota Rules, the subdivision <br />proposed by the Developer is required to have an EAW prepared; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, for the purposes of conducting the EAW, the City is the Respons!ble <br />(;ovcrnmcntal Unit ("RGU"); and <br /> <br />NOW TItEllEF()IIE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the City hereby authorizes the release of the Draft EAW for Sweet Bay Ridge <br /> subdivision in accordance Chapter 4410.1400 and 4410.1500 of Minnesota Rules. <br /> <br />Thc motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and thc t'ollowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and thc following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this thc 14th day of June, 2005. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
