A <br />schedule for the progress of this project is anticipated as follows: <br /> · March 8,2005 Present feasibility study to City Council and Order <br /> <br />· April 12, 2005 <br />· June 14,2005 <br /> <br /> July 12,2005 <br /> <br />· August 9, 2005 <br /> September 2005 <br /> <br />public hearing <br />Hold public hearing <br />Authorize project by City Council (60 days al~er <br />public hearing) <br />Receive plans and specifications and authorize bids <br />Receive bids and award construction contract <br />Construct project <br /> <br />September 27, 2005" Hold assessment hearing and levy assessments <br />May 2006 First assessment payment due <br /> <br />SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> <br />The proposed improvements are technically feasible and wiI1 benefit the area served.
