<br />5)That the City of Ramsey will not be levying the total $283,933 related to the $3,880,000 <br />GO Capital Improvement Plan Bonds for Fire Station II. The City will levy $190,933. <br /> <br /> <br />6)That the City of Ramsey will not be levying the total $235,051 related to the proposed <br />issuance of 2020 Capital Improvement Plan Bonds for the Construction of the Public <br />Works Campus (Total number will change when debt is finalized). The City will levy <br />$121,973 which is 105% of the actual debt service of the GO CIP Bonds sold on December <br />8, 2020. <br /> <br /> <br />7)That the Finance Director be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />Anoka County Auditor's Office on or before Thursday, December 31, 2020. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Menth and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Menth <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />th <br />the 8 day of December, 2020. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />Resolution #20-291 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />
