47 <br />Trntt Brook Small ArP , Plan <br />A significant area for future development of primarily Low Density Residential uses is planned for <br />north of Trott Brook. Trott Brook is a significant ecological resource for the City to protect, and also <br />serves as an important recreational corridor.
