City of Ramsey Local Water Supply Plan <br />Water Level Monitoring Plan for the City of Ramsey <br />1. Purpose of the Water Level Monitoring Plan <br />The purpose of the Water Level Monitoring Plan is to document the water level for wells <br />1— 8 to track the seasonal variation in water levels and the long-term trends for each <br />well. <br />2. Data Collection Method <br />The water level is measured by recording the depth to water in feet from the top of the <br />casing located at each will. The top of the casing is 2.5 feet above the ground surface <br />for each well. The depth to water for each well is measured with a SCADA system. <br />3. Measurement Frequency and Timing <br />The depth to water for each will is recorded on the last day of the month.
