Funding <br />The Metropolitan Council awarded the City a Planning Assistance Grant of $32,000 to complete its <br />2040 comprehensive plan. The first half of this grant was paid to initiate the local planning process. The <br />second half of the grant will be paid after Council authorization of the City's plan, local adoption, and <br />the City's submittal of final reporting requirements. <br />Known Support / Opposition <br />List any known local opposition/support if applicable.
