We have found that:he MRCCA plan is substa-itially co -isiste-it with Minnesota Statutes, <br />FJ116G arc] Mirriesota Rules, chapter 6106. We will send final approval of your MRCCA plan after the <br />Metropoli:3-1 Council authorizes the City of Ramsey to put the comprehensive plan into effect. Within 60 <br />days Of receivi-ig DNR fhal approval, the City of Ramsey must adopt the MRCCA pla -1. The City must <br />thesubmit a copy of the fi iaI adopted plan, with evidence of adoption, to the DNR, the Metropolitan <br />Cou-icil„ a -id the National Park Service within ten days of the adoption. <br />Only M ROCA plans and plan amendments approved by the DNR have the force and effect of law. Once in <br />effect, local goveriments must implement and enforce the DNR-approved plans. <br />We appreciate your efforts to develop and adopt the iviRCC.A.
