If the jury is dismissed prior to the end of the EMPLOYEE'S work day, the <br />EMPLOYEE will report to work if practicable. <br />13.4 Every EMPLOYEE to whom Minnesota Statutes 181.940 through 181.943 applies <br />(Parenting Leave) is entitled to the benefits afforded by those sections, subject to <br />the conditions therein prescribed. <br />13.5 Every EMPLOYEE to whom. the Family Medical Leave Act applies is entitled to <br />the benefits afforded by the Act, subject to the conditions therein prescribed. <br />ARTICLE 14 SENIORITY <br />14.1 Seniority is defined as: <br />A.
