3. Application of Paragraphs 1 and 2. In 2020, if the total premium cost for <br />the Perform Network is decreased due to the City being classified in a <br />more favorable band or classification, and the total premium cost is <br />impacted by the imposition of taxes under the Affordable Care Act, the <br />Total Monthly City Contribution, as described in Paragraph A, will be <br />adjusted as follows: <br />Employee only (single): The City will contriNite—the-total cost of <br />the Perform Network premium, including the amount of any <br />increase in that premium due to the imposition of taxes under the <br />Affordable Care Act.
