Examples include, but are not limited to, State funded safe and sober shifts. <br />18.3 EMPLOYEES will earn longevity pay as follows: <br />Effective-Janoap <br />t-engevity-Pay: After 5 Years in Bargaining Unit: 1% increase over Step 6 <br />Longevity Pay: After 8 Years in Bargaining Unit: 2% incrc\ase over Step 6 <br />Longevity Pay: After 12 Years in Bargaining Unit: 3% incrse over Step 6 <br />Effective January 1, 44244 2021 <br />Longevity Pay: After 5 Years in Bargaining Unit: 244 2% increase over Step 6 <br />Longevity Pay: After 8 Years in Bargaining Unit: .3%4% increase over Step 6 <br />Longevity Pay: After 12 Years in Bargaining Unit: 4% 6 % increase over Step 6 <br />Longevity Pay: After 16 Years in Bargaining Unit: 8% increase over Step 6 <br />18.4 EMPLOYEE will contribute the following amounts of gross pay to the EMPLOYEE'S <br />individual Post Employment Health Care Savings Account (HCSP): <br />2% of gross pay to HCSP until 5 years prior to normal retirement age (55), at which <br />time ongoing contributions will be 4% of salary. <br />18.5 EMPLOYER will pay POST license fees for all licensed Captains,--up4G $90.00 every <br />three (3) years. <br />18.6 EMPLOYER will reimburse EMPLOYEE for annual Minnesota Police and Peace <br />Officers Association and Legal Defense Fund in the amount of $146.00 $204.00 per <br />year. <br />ARTICLE 19: WAIVER <br />19.1 Any and all prior agreements, resolutions, practices, policies, rules and regulations <br />regarding terms and conditions of employment to the extent inconsistent with the <br />provisions of this Agreement are hereby superseded. <br />19.2 The parties mutually acknowledge that during the negotiations which resulted in this <br />Agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and <br />proposals with respect to any term or condition of employment not removed by law <br />from bargaining. All agreements and understandings arrived at by the parties are set <br />• forth in writing in this Agreement for the stipulated duration of this Agreement. The <br />EMPLOYER and LELS each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waive the right to meet and <br />negotiate regarding any and all terms and conditions of employment referred to or <br />covered in this Agreement or with respect to any term or condition of employment not <br />specifically referred to or covered by this Agreement even though such terms or <br />14 <br />
