7 <br />The People <br />Population <br />As of the 2010 US Census, the population of Ramsey was 18,510, and the most recent estimates <br />from the 2015 American Community Survey (ACS) put the population at 25,362. The population has <br />steadily increased since 1990. Although the number of households in the city has increased, the <br />number of persons per household has decreased from 3.43 in 1990 to 2.95 in 2010.
