<br />Councilmember Menth introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #20-267 <br /> <br />APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT FOR 6701 HWY 10 NW: CASE OF POTTER”S <br />HOUSE CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY CHURCH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />Potter’s House Christian Community Church (the “Church”) has made an <br />offer to lease the West 4,820 SF of the building located at 6701 Hwy 10 NW (the “Lease Space”); <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the Church asked the city to consider a 5 year lease of the Lease Space; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />the Ramsey EDA had a meeting on November 12, 2020 and recommended <br />approval of the Lease Space at an initial rate of $3,500.00 per month with a schedule that included <br />inflators for a 5-year period. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the City of Ramsey authorizes execution of the lease with Potter’s House Christian <br />Community Church. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Riley, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Menth <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
