Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor License Renewal <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated that applications for renewal of the following licenses have <br />been received and are deemed to be in order: <br /> <br />Off-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor <br /> <br />#01-01 <br />#01-02 <br />#01-03 <br />#01-04 <br /> <br />Bill's Superette <br />Oasis Market #535 <br />SuperAmerica #4508 <br />Ramsey Amoco <br /> <br />15299 St. Francis Boulevard NW <br />14550 Armstrong Boulevard NW <br />14000 St. Francis Boulevard NW <br />6360 Highway #10 NW <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to approve <br />3.2 percent malt liquor license renewals for Bill's Superette, Oasis Market #535, SuperAmerica <br />#4508, and Ramsey Amoco for 2001 - 2002 license year, contingent upon receiving proper <br />paperwork on SA and Ramsey Amoco. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Anderson inquired if there is going to be something on <br />compliance with liquor done in Ramsey. Police Chief Gustafson replied yes, but would like to <br />defer that until there is work done on the City's liquor ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Zimmerman, <br />Anderson, and Kurak.
