Norman <br />Community DevelOpment Director Sylvia Frolik <br />City Engineer Brian Olson <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Principal Planner Patrick Trudgeon <br />Community Development Assistant Megan Wald <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Police Chief David Gustafson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:11 p.m. and called <br />upon Councilmember Kurak to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL RECOGNIZED $1,000 DONATION FROM CONNEXUS <br />ENERGY FOR CHILDCARE SEAT SAFETY PROGRAM <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Jon Enstrom, 181st Avenue, Ramsey, stated that he wanted to address the City of Ramsey <br />regarding zoning ordinances. He stated that he would like the City's zoning pertaining to road <br />construction be more concurrent with the neighboring cities. Mr. Enstrom felt that the City is <br />lacking in putting in quality streets and that the requirement should be increased from 5 tons to 9 <br />tons because the City of Ramsey has school buses that exceed 5 tons, as well as delivery trucks. <br />He felt that if the City had better roads, then not all the maintenance might be needed.
