<br />Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #20-248 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DESIGN SERVICES PROPOSAL FOR RIVERDALE <br />DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS FROM FELDSPAR STREET TO TUNGSTEN STREET, <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #21-00 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City proposes to construct improvements to Riverdale Drive from <br />Feldspar Street to Tungsten Street in 2021 under City Improvement Project #21-00; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />Bolton & Menk, Inc. submitted a proposal dated November 18, 2020, for <br />providing engineering services required to develop final plans and specifications for the purpose <br />of soliciting bids for the construction of Improvement Project #21-00. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Bolton & Menk, Inc. for engineering services required to develop final <br />plans and specifications for Improvement Project #21-00, Riverdale Drive Improvements <br />from Feldspar Street to Tungsten Street, for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Specht, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Menth <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
