Norman <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Principal Planner Patrick Trudgeon <br />Community Development Assistant Megan Wald <br />City Engineer Brian Olson <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:09 p.m. and called <br />upon Councilmember Kurak to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />The City Council held a Closed Session at 5:15 p.m. with the City Attorney prior to the <br />Regular City Council meeting to discuss the City of Ramsey versus Ramsey Holdings et al. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Rich Quall, 17001 Helium Street NW, Ramsey, President of RYAA, stated that the City's <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor had sent out a memo regarding the time line of Elmcrest Park and that <br />memo, does confirm the deadline associated with the grant the City received. According to the <br />memo the last direction given by the Council was to have staff work on the T.H. #47 access <br />issue. He questioned if the Council could take some action to get the meetings with the <br />necessary landowners to occur in the near future. The reason RYAA is pushing the development <br />of Elmcrest Park is because, since 1997, the soccer population has doubled.
