~VllCl: OF PUBLIC HEARING ON SUBMISSION OF MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRADE AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, MINNESOTA INVESTMENT FUND GRANT BY CITY OF RAMSEY On November 27, 2001, the Ramsey City Council will meet at Ramsey Fire Station No. II at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, in Ramsey at 7:00 p.m. to conduct, a public hearing on the submis- sion and filing of an application for a Minnesota Investment Fund Grant from the Minnesota Department of Trade and Economic Development. The granC will be used to provide a loan to ,Star Exhibits and £nv ronmental Inc. in order to pro- mote the development of a new manu- facturing facility and the creation of new emp!oyment opportunities.
