Absentee voting begins Monday, December 28 and ends Monday, February <br />8. Voting hours are between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Absentee voting will <br />also be available on Saturday, February 6, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and on Monday, February 8, <br />from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Residents can also vote absentee via U.S. mail by contacting Anoka <br />County Elections at 763-324-1300 or request a ballot online at <br />. Discovered old or broken strands of <br />lights while decorating your home for the holidays? Rather than tossing your old strings of lights <br />in the garbage, bring them to the Ramsey City Hall during regular business hours (Monday – <br />Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm) to recycle them for free! A drop-off bin for old holiday lights, as well <br />as electric cords, telephone cords, and appliance cords, will be located in the lobby now through <br />the end of January. <br /> <br />Recycle cardboard boxes at Ramsey Public Works. <br />Anyone else's recycling bins overflowing <br />with cardboard? We've got you covered! There are two recycling containers available for residents <br />to recycle all those extra cardboard boxes that have been piling up in the garage.
