Ramsey residents who reside in Ward 1 may vote in-person <br />absentee for the Special Election at the Ramsey Municipal Center or the Anoka County <br />Government Center. Absentee voting began Monday, December 28 and ends Monday, February <br />8. Voting hours are between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Absentee voting will <br />also be available on Saturday, February 6, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and on Monday, February 8, <br />from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Residents can also vote absentee via U.S. mail by contacting Anoka <br />County Elections at 763-324-1300 or request a ballot online at <br />https://www.sos.state.mn.us/elections-voting/.
