A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak aye <br />Councilmember Zimmerman aye <br />Councilmember Hendriksen aye <br />Councilmember Anderson aye <br />Mayor Gamec aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Case #12: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance to Vacate Drainage and Utility Easement in Northfork <br />Oaks 4th Addition; Case of North Fork, Inc. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that on October 9, 2001, the City Council <br />introduced an ordinance to vacate a drainage and utility easement on the common property line <br />of Lots 4 and 5 of Block 1, Northfork Oaks 4th Addition. The purpose of the easement vacation <br />is to prepare the property for the construction of a home that will be sited on the common <br />property line of the two lots. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to adopt <br />Ordinance #01-24 to vacate certain drainage and utility easements on Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, <br />Northfork Oaks 4th Addition. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Hendriksen inquired if the lots will be combined into one <br />lot. The proposed building will be located east of the current Church building and <br />along T.H. #47. City Code restricts the height of structures to 35 feet.
