<br /> Notice is hereby'given ~hat the
<br />Ramsey City Council will hold a public
<br />.hearing on Tuesday, October 23, 2001,
<br />at 7:00 p.m. in Ihe Training Room at Fire
<br />Station No. 2, 15050 Armstrong
<br />Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
<br /> The purpose of the hearing is to con-
<br />.sider a request for an off-sale ~iquor
<br />license by Local Oil Dist. Inc., which
<br />includes Harold Blair, Gregory Dehn,
<br />Gary Dehn and Terrance Rakotz as part-
<br />ners, d/b/a Sunfish Commons Liquor at
<br />the property generally known as 6401
<br />Highway//10 NW, Ramsey, Minnesota.
<br /> All interested persons are invited to
<br />attend the hearing and comment on the
<br />. request for an Off-Sale liquor license. The
<br />,City of Ramsey complie~ with the
<br />~ Americans With Disabilities Act. Upon
<br />. advance request, information will be pro-
<br />~ vided in an alternative form, and inter-
<br />:preters will be available. Any person with
<br />i such a request should contact Jo Thieling
<br />~at 763-427-1410, prior to 4:30 p.m.,
