NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council settle one-year labor agreements with AFSCME and LELS <br />Captain union groups subject to final review and approval of contract language by the City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the `foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Menth <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />th <br />the 15 day of December 2020. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />Resolution #20-316 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
