He was also named chair of the <br />Transportation Committee and vice chair of the Public Safety committee. <br />Schulte will also serve on the Metropolitan Mosquito Control District and Workforce <br />Development Boards; the Board of Oversight of Court -Appointed Attorneys; the Facilities <br />Management and Construction Subcommittee; the Finance and Capital Improvements, <br />Management, Internal Audit, Investment Review, AMC Transportation Policy and AC -RED <br />Executive Committees; the Joint Law Enforcement Council; the Anoka County Regional Railroad <br />Authority and the Anoka County Housing and Redevelopment Authority. He will serve as an <br />alternate on the Metropolitan Council Transportation Advisory and Midwest Regional Forensic <br />Laboratory Advisory Boards. <br />Schulte is a voting delegate for the National Association of Counties Annual Conference. <br />He is also a voting delegate for the District 10 Association of Minnesota Counties and is the lead <br />commissioner in matters relating to elections/reapportionment/voter registration and <br />insurance/retirement.
