On Christmas Eve our Public Works team put in
overtime to clear the roadways of 8 inches of snow that had fallen overnight. While plowing snow,
one of our drivers came upon a resident that was trying to get to work but couldn't get her car
through the thick snow. Our employee stopped to help her shovel her way out and remove as much
snow as possible so she could begin her day. She later stopped in to City Hall to express her
gratitude in a card. We are so proud of the small ways our employees go above and beyond to care
for the residents of Ramsey.
