<br /> - The amount to be specially assessed
<br /> against any particular lot, P ece or parcel
<br /> of.land is $149.07. After:ted property
<br /> owner~ may, at any time between.
<br /> September 25 and November 2, 2001

<br /> the Anoka County Auditor), pay the'
<br /> entire assessment on such property with -
<br /> interest accrued to the date of payment,
<br /> to thi City Of Ramsey. NO interest shall be ·
