Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #21-009 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT #21-02, TIGER STREET RECONSTRUCTION. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct Tiger Street between <br />Armstrong Boulevard and 173rd Avenue in 2021 as identified in the 2021-2030 Capital <br />Improvement Program; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council resolution #20-259, adopted November 10, 2020, <br />the City Council accepted the quotes of Bolton & Menk, Inc. to provide topographic survey services, <br />and Chosen Valley Testing for the geotechnical evaluation services required to design and <br />prepare plans and specifications for said improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, City Staff has received the topographic survey and geotechnical evaluations <br />and has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for improvement project #21-02, Tiger <br />Street Reconstruction. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and <br />specifications for improvement project #21-02, Tiger Street Reconstruction. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
