Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #21-010 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT #21-03, BUSINESS PARK 95 STREET RECONSTRUCTION. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct Business Park 95 subdivision <br />including McKinley Street, Unity Street, Radium Street, and 1401h Avenue in 2021 as identified <br />in the 2021-2030 Capital Improvement Program; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council resolution #20-259, adopted November <br />M 2020, the City Council accepted the quotes of Bolton & Menk, Inc. to provide topographic <br />survey services and Chosen Valley Testing for the geotechnical evaluation services required to <br />design and prepare plans and specifications for said improvements; and <br />WHEREAS City Staff has received the topographic survey and geotechnical evaluations <br />and has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for improvement project #21-03, <br />Business Park 95 Street Reconstructions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications <br />for improvement project #21-03, Business Park 95 Street Reconstructions. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
