Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 21-011 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT #21-04, 2021 NEIGHBORHOOD PAVEMENT OVERLAY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to overlay the pavement on numerous street <br />segments in 2021 as identified within the 2021 — 2030 Capital Improvement Program; and. <br />WHEREAS, funding for this improvement is proposed to come from the Pavement <br />Management Fund and Stormwater Utility Fund with a total estimated project cost of $690,000; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City city staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for <br />improvement project #21-04, 2021 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and sections <br />for improvement project #21-04, 2021 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements. <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
