ORDINANCE #21-05 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING 60 FOOT EASEMENT <br />RELATED TO RIVERSTONE 4TH ADDITION <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.6 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br />�FCTION 2_ VACATION <br />The following described drainage and utility easement, a 60.00 foot wide easement lying over, <br />under, and across that part of Outlot A, RIVERSTONE 4th ADDITION, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, as indicated in Exhibit A attached, are hereby vacated, to -wit. <br />SECTION 3.
