8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />8.01: Confirm December 1511 Special City Council Meeting <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced upcoming meetings and events. <br />City Administrator Ulrich confirmed the date of the December 15, 2020 Special City Council <br />meeting. <br />Councilmember Musgrove encouraged Ramsey residents to support local Ramsey businesses as <br />they continue to struggle. She stated that the City website has been updated with lists of Ramsey <br />restaurants that provide take-out or delivery. She thanked Councilmember Menth for being a very <br />intuitive member of the Council, willing to listen and respectful of difference in opinion. She <br />thanked Mayor LeTourneau for assisting her when she joined the Council and wished them both <br />well. <br />The Council echoed comments of thanks to Councilmember Menth and Mayor LeTourneau. <br />9.
