Under City Code, variances shall only be granted when strict enforcement of the City Code will <br />cause undue hardship or practical difficulty because of circumstances unique to the individual <br />property under consideration. The Applicant has stated that this is the case and will provide <br />information at the meeting to demonstrate an undue hardship and practical difficulty in <br />complying with the density calculations. Given what the Applicant has presented so far to. the <br />City, Staff has not seen a proven hardship or practical difficulty in complying with City <br />regulations.
