Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-06- RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0 FOR A VARIANCE TO DENSITY CALCULATIONS. RELATING TO A REQUEST WHEREAS, ~Vh'. Ben Deemer, 14501 Sunfish Lake Blvd. has properly applied for a variance from Section 9.20.12, Sub& 4, regarding how the maximuTM density is calculated in the R-2 Zoning District., on the property legally described as follows' That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the west quarter comer of said section 25; thence north 90 degrees 00 minutes east-along the southerly line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of 829.-60 feet; thence north 30 degrees 49 minutes 30 seconds west 401.96 feet; thence north 29 degrees 55 minutes 10 seconds west 37.20 feet to the actual point of beginning; :thence continuing north 29 degrees 55 minutes 10 seconds west 177.00 feet; thence n6rth 87 degrees 34 minutes 50 seconds east 278.50 feet more or less to the center line of County State Aid Highway'No. 5; thence south 29 degrees 55 minutes 10 seconds east along the center of said Highway No. 5 a distance of 177.00 feet; thence south 87 degrees 34 minutes 50 seconds west a distance of 278.5 feet more or less to the point of beginning. That the Subject Property, is located at 14544 Nowthen Blvd. That the Subject Property, is owned by Ben Deemer, 14501 Sunfish Lake Blvd.~ Ramsey. That the Subject Property is zoned R-2, Medium Density Residential.
