Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-06- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERz¥IS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Ben Deemer, 14501 Sunfish Lake Blvd. has properly applied for a <br />variance from Section 9.20.12, Subd. 4, regarding how the maximum density is calculated in the <br />R-2 Zoning District., on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter. of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the west quarter comer of <br />said section 25; thence north 90 degrees 00 minutes east along the southerly line of <br />said Northwest Quarter a distance of 829:60 feet; thence north 30 degrees 49 minutes <br />30 seconds west 401.96 feet; thence north 29'.degrees 55. minutes 10 seconds west <br />37.20 feet to the actual point of beginning; 'thence continuing north 29 degrees 55 <br />minutes l0 seconds west 177.00 feet; thence r/orth 87 degrees 34 minutes 50 seconds <br />east 278.50 feet more or less to the center line of County State Aid Highway No. 5; <br />thence south 29 degrees 55 minutes 10 seconds east along the center of said Highway <br />No. 5 a distance of 177.00 feet; thence south 87 degrees 34 minutes 50 seconds west <br />a distance of 278.5 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />Outlot E, Wood Pond Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of. Adjustment met on June 23, 2005, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of f~.ct relating to the request for a variance to density calculations. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact # , a variance to density calculations, as established in <br /> Section 9.21.12 (4) of the Ramsey City Code, is hereby denied. <br /> <br />2.
