PUBLIC HEARING <br />6.01: Public Hearing on Issuance of General Obligation (GO) Capital Improvement Plan <br />(CIP) Bonds and on Capital Improvement Plan and Adopt Resolution #20-253 Giving <br />Preliminary Approval to the Issuance of GO Capital Improvement Plan Bonds in an <br />Amount not to Exceed $10,000,000 and Adopting the City of Ramsey’s Capital <br />Improvement Plan (for GO CIP Bonding Projects only) for the Years 2020-2024 (In <br />relation to funding for Public Works Campus) <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report and recommendation to adopt Resolution #20-253 <br />authorizing approval of the issuance of GO Capital Improvement Plan Bonds in an amount not to <br />exceed $10,000,000 and adopting the City of Ramsey Capital Improvement Plan (for GO CIP <br />Bonding Projects only) for the years 2020 through 2024. Final approval of the acceptance of the <br />bond sale terms will occur at the regular City Council meeting of December 8, 2020. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor LeTourneau called the public hearing to order at 7:09 p.m. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember Menth, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
