<br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a City Council Work Session on Tuesday, November 24, <br />2020, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mayor John LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Mark Kuzma <br />Councilmember Jeff Menth <br />Councilmember Chris Riley <br />Councilmember Dan Specht <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Debra Musgrove <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Finance Director Diana Lund <br /> Parks and Assistant Public Works Superintendent Mark Riverblood <br /> Administrative Services Director Colleen Lasher <br />Deputy City Administrator Timothy Gladhill <br />City Engineer Bruce Westby <br />IT Manager Jason Fredrickson <br />Communications and Events Coordinator Megan Thorstad <br />Councilmember Elect Matt Woestehoff <br />Councilmember Elect Chelsea Howell <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor LeTourneau called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />2.01: Review of 2021-2030 Capital Improvement Plan <br /> <br />Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich commented that Councilmember Musgrove was not able to attend <br />tonight but reviewed the comments she provided which included her opinion that Highway 10 <br />should have a higher priority. <br /> <br />Councilmember Riley commented that there is momentum for the Highway 10 project and asked <br />if it would make sense to slot that project in a more appropriate timeframe. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich agreed that could be a good idea as they are nearing 50 percent funding <br />for the project. <br />City Council Work Session / November 24, 2020 <br />Page 1 of 6 <br /> <br />
