<br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mayor John LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Mark Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Jeff Menth <br /> Councilmember Debra Musgrove <br />Councilmember Chris Riley <br />Councilmember Dan Specht <br /> <br />Members Absent: None <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Finance Director Diana Lund <br />Police Chief Jeff Katers <br /> Public Works Superintendent Grant Riemer <br /> Administrative Services Director Colleen Lasher <br />Deputy City Administrator Timothy Gladhill <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor LeTourneau called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:05 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor LeTourneau. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br /> <br />2.01: Recognize Mayor John LeTourneau and Councilmember Jeff Menth for their Service <br />to the City of Ramsey <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich recognized Councilmember Jeff Menth for his service on the City <br />Council and also presented him with a plaque thanking him for his service on the Quad Cities <br />Cable Communications Commission. He recognized Mayor John LeTourneau for his service as <br />Mayor, on the City Council, and as a member of the Economic Development Authority noting <br />that his contributions total over 20 years of service. <br /> <br />The City Council and staff thanked both Mayor LeTourneau and Councilmember Menth for their <br />service and wish them both well in their future endeavors. <br />3.
